Politilines [periscopic.com] by socially-responsible visualization agency Periscopic visualizes the words that were uttered during the 2011-2012 Republican Primary debates. The graph consists of a collection of curvy arrows that connect the most important issues that were discussed with the actual words that were used, and the actual presidential candidate that said those words. From the relative density and directionality of the lines, one can perceive what themes were most important, and what candidate affiliates most with them.
